Dear-Hancock-HEADERDearHancock_HistoricalWomenDeskCalendarDearHancock_HistoricalWomenMarieAntoinetteDearHancock_HistoricalWomenAmeliaDearHancock_HistoricalWomenDesks_backI was ecstatic when Dear Hancock told me about their 2015 calendar concept, in which they have painted the imagined desks of 12 historical women; this is their third desk themed, desk calendar and every previous year they have sold out! Dear Hancock will be replicating Amelia Earhart’s desk in their NSS booth and posting process shots of the construction and painting of the desk on their Instagram feed. DH is also releasing new cards, as well as a collaboration with Erin Jang for Museum Nails of abstract fruits, they are AMAZE. See all this wonder yourself in Booth No. 2052!

NSS-Dear-Hancock Crow and Canary Blog | Dear Hancock Crow and Canary Blog | Dear Hancock 2Crow and Canary Blog | Dear Hancock 3I can’t tell you how excited I am about Dear Hancock’s new releases. Get a load of that paintbrush notepad, what a looker! The notepad is die cut with a screen printed neon pink design that references the decorative carvings found on woodworking tools, can’t wait to get my hands on that beauty! Their new “Monumental Cities” calendar is sure to be an absolute hit too, last year their debut desk calendar sold out, so wholesaler’s — you’d best order this one quickly. Find Dear Hancock in BOOTH No. 2052; rumor has it that a life size signature desk will be making an appearance!

Ginormous thanks to Amy for putting these posts together this week! I’ve loved seeing the Stationery Show through her lens. And if you aren’t already a mega fan of Old Sweet Song, I urge you to go get lost in Amy’s blog this very moment; I promise you won’t regret it. I leave you with this classic photo of Amy and me from January. Long live #amyface!

custom stationery from dear hancock.

September 13, 2011  /  custom, dear hancock

I couldn’t possibly be any more pleased with my new custom stationery from Dear Hancock. Gwendolyn and Earnest, the talent behind Dear Hancock, are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met in the industry and they were kind enough to find time in their busy schedules to paint my desk. They added some C&C cards to “my desk” too which has to be the most perfect touch ever.
If you’re having a case of envy, don’t fret — DH offers an entire desk collection to suit many tastes and hobbies. They also offer (impeccable) custom design if you’d like your own desk immortalized in stationery infamy. I highly recommend it!
