June 14, 2013 / fancy this friday, national stationery show, new releases, red cap cards
All of us at C&C are delighted by the addition of artist Chris Sasaki to the Red Cap Cards line up. We had the pleasure of debuting these designs (and more) at the National Stationery Show last month and our buyers were equally enthusiastic about these beauties. How perfect would the bears card be for Father’s Day?

I’ve been fairly fixated on custom masking tape lately and was delighted to receive the two rolls I ordered from Oh, Hello Friend this week. Love that it can serve as bite sized stickers or be used in lieu of ribbon on packages and of course to jazz up letters and mail! I’ve also been eyeballing Dodeline Design’s “yippee!” tape, how charming is that? And my lovely friend and calligrapher, Bryn, of Paperfinger gifted me her holiday masking tape, I can’t wait to use it this winter! Any others that I’ve missed? Combined with my ever expanding washi collection, my tape habits getting quite large. I always make good use of them though, so I feel justified in feeding the need!

April 12, 2013 / etsy, fancy this friday, sticker hoarder
I spotted Berlin designer, Teva Gallery via Design Crush earlier this week and since could not get them off my mind! Despite being an adult woman, I’m still fairly bonkers over stickers, as evidenced in this post from several years ago. Of course, I had to highlight the rabbit sticker, as it turns out that since getting our wee pal Sherman, I’ve become a bonafide bunny buff. Many other magical animals to see in Teva Gallery’s Etsy shop, if you’re not a bunnyphile, such a myself.

I’ve been a fan of Erin Dollar’s work since back in the day she was making beards here in Portland, Oregon. I recently discovered her newest project: Cotton & Flax, a modern mix of limited edition textiles and paper goods. I’m sad to report that you just missed out on the giveaway for these beauties above, but be sure to follow along with Cotton & Flax’s adventures, as I’m sure there will be another opportunity or you may just have to do a bit of shopping right this very moment.
